I have been doing genealogy for 35 years and in all that time I have not found a search program that works as efficiently as Traces. In fact Traces returned many names in my family that even Family Search. Some names were never found with the Family Search software. This is a sad time for me! That alone will stop me from purchasing an iPad....simply because of the lack of availability of "flash". I hope Family Search will develop something that will allow access.
